Terms and Conditions.

• Course Name: The Closet Rockstars Course
• Course Description: This course aims to get students playing 60 songs in 90 days with only 30 minutes a day of practice. 
• Effective Date: Effective upon purchase.
• Course Duration: Lifetime Access.
• Course Access: Access to course materials will be provided through Kajabi. Access is for a lifetime. 
• Support: Ongoing coaching and community support.

• Course Fee: $8,750
• Payment Methods: Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Karna. 
• Taxes: Course fee includes taxes.

• Refund Policy: Full refund plus $500 if after putting the required work in the student is unable to play the 60 songs in the course. 
• Conditions for Refund: A student is eligible for a full refund plus $500 if they meet the following requirements: a) they have posted 78 days out of the 90 day program with updates and question regarding their 30 minutes of practice that day, and b) notify us by day 75 that they are struggling play all the songs and may be requesting a refund. 
• Refund Request Process: Notify by day 75 of struggles. Request a refund by day 90
• Refund Exclusions: Students who fail to put in 30 minutes a day of practice and comment on their progress in the course community at least 78 out of the 90 day program will forfeit the claim to a refund. 

• Ownership: You acknowledge and agree that all content provided in the course, including, but not limited to, videos, lectures, handouts, templates, and other materials, are the intellectual property of The Stupid Simple Guitar Method™ and protected by copyright law.
• Permitted Use: Course content is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the course content without explicit written consent.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to: sharing course login information, creating competing courses using our materials, or reselling course content. 

• Respectful Communication: You agree to engage in respectful and constructive communication with instructors and fellow students.
• Academic Integrity: You agree to uphold academic integrity and not engage in any form of cheating or plagiarism.
• No Disruption: You agree not to disrupt the learning environment or engage in any behavior that could negatively impact other students or the course.
• Privacy: You agree to respect the privacy of other students and not share personal information or course discussions outside of the designated course channels.
